Payment is due at the time of service.

All hopitalized patients are required to have a credit card on file and a deposit based on the estimate for treatment.

Payment must be paid in full prior to discharge.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to our full schedule, we are asking for your help with our scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so more than 24 hours ahead.

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior, but reschedule your appointment, you will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior without rescheduling, you will be subject to a $90 cancellation fee.
