Your patient is overseen by a Veterinarian once it arrives, throughout the procedure, and examined prior to discharge.

Scans are performed Monday-Friday by a highly trained MRI technologist.

Anesthesia Induction, MRI, and recovery performed within hospital. Pioneer will not induce in nearby clinic, transport your patient onto a tractor trailer for the scan, and then transport back to clinic. Entire procedure is performed in our large referral center under direct supervision of veterinarians.

Anesthesia is performed and monitored by Veterinarian.

Interpretation performed by boarded radiologist within 48 hours of the procedure.

You and your client are notified as soon as your patient has recovered from anesthesia.

You, as referring Veterinarian, are contacted first with MRI results and then it is your choice if we contact client.

Pioneer will not solicit therapeutic plan to your client, unless you prefer to have therapeutics performed prior to the patient returning to your care.

Pioneer offers transport to and from your clinic, if needed, for an additional fee.
